so sundays are pretty mellow here and i suspect across much of europe....meaning that not much is really open save for probably the coop near my house and starbucks.
that said, i downloaded a movie "the wrestler" and i organized my suitcases....what a fascinating life i live no?
i keep emailing posts for flats.....been reading a lot and studying my german!
the family asks me if i want to do things with them but i would rather they spend time as a family...one day i will have my own place to live and i won't be here anyway on the weekends. it's very nice of them to offer, though, don't get me wrong!
i don't mind hanging with myself and i am gearing up for a busy week!
still didn't find out where i am supposed to go for the horse back riding...so tuesday will be interesting.
i have to make a food list for lunches as the kids really just eat bread and not a lot of fruits or veggies so i am to implement a new diet for them.
gernot is pretty good at english and wolfram is pretty much the ham of the two of them.
had crazy weird dreams last night about crack and fast food restaurants and puke and a septa bus that never came to get me.

A day without sunshine is like, well, night. Seriously, I think you're the ideal person for this job. If it'd been me sent abroad, I'd become a bit of an isolationist until I found my bearings again, and was ready to venture forth and be social again. In your case, you were forced to get connected in a hurry. There's a reason that someone came up with the expression 'rocky start' in the first place.

in order to watch LOST i had to sign up for vuze. in doing so i realized i could download movies too! this keeps me semi sane while i wait patiently for a place of my own to call home...i resisted file sharing for this long...i caved only because HULU won't work in europe!!
