i ain't scared of much but....

....there was a swiss spider in the shower and i was glad to not have scared the shit out of the entire family here.

i carefully stepped out of the shower and cautiously washed that fucker down the drain.

i can deal with blood and guts, gore and whatever else you want me to look at but spiders, for reasons i don't remember, scare the living piss out of me.

when i lived with my dad i would scream bloody murder until he would get up and come in my room and kill them for me. i would literally stare and the spider until he killed it. then of course he would try to shove the piece of kleenex or TP in my face to show me that it was dead.

my old roomie andey in dallas got bit twice by a brown recluse....what the fuck?

i am just terrified of them....totally random.

today was really a good day. this afternoon was fun and the kids i think enjoy my company. it's kind of nice to be working now instead of just kind of not knowing what to do. once parents leave it's nice because then the kids are not bad and they have fun with people that care about them.

i could never work for a stay at home mother who worked. no matter what, the kids will always know that mommy/daddy is home so it makes the nanny job a bit harder. not that i cared dad was home today, i understand that they are very concerned about their sons brain.....

all in all, i think once i find a place to live of my own i'll be golden though tonight at dinner i thought to myself that once i do have my own place to go to be alone i will start to feel more lonely.

i still feel kind of lonely but i met some expat american who works for some drug company here so we're going out on friday night.

this will be good.

snow and rain and no sun predicted again for the rest of this week.
i must get myself to the apotheke for some vitamin D and C.

  3. The itsy bitsy spider went up the water spout.
Down came the rain, and washed the spider out.
Out came the sun, and dried up all the rain
And the itsy bitsy spider went up the spout again.
    Silly Spider.
    :)
