puzzle almost complete

i get my keys at 1145 AM tomorrow
bed supposed to be delivered between noon and 2 PM
i got my SBB card in the mail today and i'll take a photo or two of it but it's the coolest card of the cards i have to carry around with me.

it's blue and see through and my photo is tiny and on the back...it's just neat.

went back to this damn basel office today and they said the photo i brought had "too much shadow" in it so i paid 8 francs in their stupid machine and then when i got my number and finally saw the representative, she said i didn't need a photo.

what the fuck...but i paid my 25 francs to register with the city of basel....can any of you imagine having to go to an office in DC or philly and register with them after you have a license, an ID card and all this other documentation....HAHAHA

i got my maestro card today but i won't be able to use it until they decide to send me the magic envelope with my SIX FREAKING DIGIT PIN number....they are pretty secure here. i cannot even go online and bank yet because i have to get this OTHER card in the mail with 100 different numbers so when i log in it asks "what is the number in space 77?" this will occur each time i want to online bank....so i cannot lose this card....

this maestro card can be used in stores but apparently they do not have things here like my B of A visa check card....so online shopping is going to not fly, which i think sucks for things like plane tickets....

how will i get the best price?

i can't believe i have been here five weeks already

i thought i was going to have to take the tram a lot to move my things but they said they would give me a ride. how nice. they are probably very happy to have me leave!
