snow in the future?!?!?!

so they are saying it will snow tomorrow, thursday!

you wouldn't know this because the weather has been reasonably nice the past few days so much so that i haven't even needed a jacket, just my hat scarf and fleece!

i enjoyed watching golden girls last night, just one episode. would have been more but tamara and i ended up chatting for almost 2 hours!

she is just trying to adjust like me and sometimes i forget that i am not the only one in the room.

i can offend without meaning to...

we put an index card on the mailbox with my name because i think this is why i am not getting my mail....so for now if you are sending me a letter or anything put also 'in care of tamara coche' but my name is there now

i was wondering why i haven't received this contract yet for the apartment!

i might have to have her send it again....dammit!

the mail here isn't like the US. it's a different person almost daily that delivers the mail.

also, the packages arrive at 7 AM. yep. i think this is efficient because then people are still home and getting up so this avoids the 'pink' slip to have to go to the post to pick it up.

oh and as soon as we entered the french portion of switz, the die post became 'la post' pretty neat how it just changes languages like that....

i worked about 12 freaking hours yesterday because joachim was still out of town. there is a lady that comes to the house to do 'early intervention' with gernot meaning they are paying this woman to do what i usually do...draw, colors, left vs. right and so on but it's totally one on one and she was very very nice.

his OT was cancelled so i tried to get my 1/2 ticket SBB train pass. i needed a photo for this. of course! i should have just assumed that i needed a frau picture! so i will go back today with gernot after we drop the wolf off at azmina's play group!

this pass is for a year i think and it's half price tickets to anywhere in switz which i think is pretty cool....i paid 140 to go to geneva and i will get 70 francs BACK which is even cooler for i am a new card applicant!

the recycling: once a month there is paper recycling. i am not sure the protocol for picking up the bundles but i am very excited for this time next month because then i can get free weird magazines for art but i will wait until i have my own space to do this!

but it's a good way to get collage stuff.
