repatriation

i have been doing some research as to getting back home.

besides having to completely clean the flat from top to bottom which i knew was something i would have to do, i have to de-register from the genimede (i think that's how it is spelled)

also when i flew to london i was asked about my status and i have written the swiss mission and have permission to now travel with my F status legitimation card so i don't encounter trouble leaving here or entering the US as there is nothing in my passport showing that i was here for work and i am long past the 90 days.

i am most worried about getting my deposit back and where i am going to stay for nine days....i am sure i can stay in zurich....

apparently i have to already cancel with swiss com and the IWB electric company....but i will call them to find out.

i have posted for someone to take my place.

this weekend is swiss independence. everything will be closed so i will go to zurich and enjoy the street party. should be....something.

the swiss are well, very into being swiss.

besides i kind of missed seeing fireworks on the fourth!

meh i got nothing. i had corn flakes for dinner and i think i will relax and watch this movie i have been wanting to watch for like 4 days!

winter is in germany and i think will be in basel tomorrow....it will be nice to see someone from home.

and remember if you want to have me as a bit of a house guest come october, let me know. i'll need to surf for probably a month to save money and find my own home. my home base will probably be at brian's...but i know you have all missed me SO MUCH and will enjoy it if i come cook for you and provide whatever support you need...beers...fun....whatever!
