painted my nails

phew what a day! had to take kids out at 830 then back to house with gernot then back out at 1030 then back home for lunch then out after naps around 130 to horse riding then back home around 4 then out again at 430 to get tamara from SBB!!

they live on the top of a giant hill street and then they have 3 flights of stairs. this should really be helping me get rid of the bread i ate so much of upon arrival here!

my nails are a purdy purple now...i really was supposed to do the toes because of my cool new summer shoes but it's still a bit chilly in the mornings so i will wait until next week....

laundry done folded and smelling great.

had an awesome dinner of mac and cheese from a box organic of course courtesy of dale and lydia! thanks dude and dudette!

i will save the other two boxes for when i need 'comfort' in my food!

i have to work the angle of doing stir fry veggies and rice. i have been eating rice....raw bell peppers....bananas and avocados...spinach and garlic....do you really care what i am ingesting?
