going commando

with the odd swiss laundering rules and my lack of a month's worth of underpants i am thinking that commando is going to be the way to go for some days here and there.

i did mention that i can only do my laundry on specific days in my apartment building, right? the 8th and the 26th of april are my two glorious days....what i want to know is does the person who has say, today, do laundry all day long....maybe so because it is such a rigid schedule. hmmm.

i DID wash my clothes in the tub tonight....and my friend helena found this online which seems like a very useful tool...

either way, it's friday.

tomorrow i am going out to a show at this place called Singerhaus at 930 to see a band called fourth time around....

tomorrow i will also walk to germany as it's only a hop skip and 15 minute walk from my house to the rhine center...so either they will take visa or francs or i will have to get me some euros....

look up my address....Wiesenstrasse 14 4057 basel on the google maps.....one click north and i'm in baden würrtmnberg...i think too this is where on the river's west banks one can stand in the three countries at once much like the four corners in the US....the weather has bee really lovely and i have enjoyed the past two days for shizzle..

so the CHF to euro is 1.52 CHF to ONE euro. jesus. maybe i am not going to germany.....let's see the US to euro now. one moment please...oooh 1.34 US to euro exchange. hmmm. what's the point. might as well shop in switz and keep it all CHF!!


i still have no furniture and i am hard pressed to say that i don't mind this but i think a chair and small table would be nice....possibly a dresser to house my clothing besides my suitcases...all in good time....plus, i do not want to go to ikea again this weekend. i have had enough and can totally wait until after easter to get a table.

i got some glue today.....working on getting motivated to finally work on some art.
