my new comedy routine.....

..doing my laundering in switzerland.

i have been laughing hysterically for the past 20 minutes down in the basement...

so i go down thinking 'yay done!' and the entire room's floor is covered in water. oh yeah. what did i do!

so there was this thing underneath that i suppose i was needing to screw back in before starting the wash. good thing i figured that out after the fact. i figured out how to spin the clothes out at least and i hung them in the room with the weird wall dryer...

then i waited a bit with my other load but i cleaned up the water pretty good i think so....

i think the other person doing their laundry thought i was a kook cause i was laughing so hard at myself tears were coming out of my eyes!

but i have to say thankfully that i got my laundering mostly done and pat myself on the back for figuring most of it out without having to go get the janitor guy!

chalk one up for the meesh!

hurray....you know with all the weird things i really am liking it here....

i am getting used to the extra things i have to do....

i did however finally get my pin number to my ATM card and thankfully i could change it to a 4 digit number instead of a six digit number....

still waiting on that other card with all the codes so i can do online banking....

all told, i'll still be in bed by 11 which is nice!

tomorrow is a busy day with the kids, sort of.

wolfram has the play group in the morning and i can hang with gernot and get a coffee/muffin and then i have to get wolfie early so i can feed them lunch fast fast and hope they rest at least an hour or so but we have to be at horse back riding for gernot at 230.

i think soon i am going to have to have her consult me before she keeps changing all these appointments. she's no longer the one taking them and she had a car and i do not so i rely on public transit!

no biggie, just makes for a weird day.

then thursday i just have speech in the morning and they leave for hamburg thursday late afternoon and i am off to the alps on friday!

i come back on sunday so i have a day at home before going back to work. i know the trip will go fast but i am really looking forward to some hiking!
