i had weird dreams about getting my passport back and i went to get it and it was in all these different sized packs from alaska.

i wonder why alaska had my passport!

fell asleep to silence of the lambs. nice!

i did laundry during the day yesterday and hope i don't get yelled at for this!

they say the electric is more expensive in the day than it is at night here.

i am downloading last nights episode of lost as we speak and hope to watch it either during nap time or tonight after work.

it's another dreary day here in basel. this is nothing new to me now as i am used to waking up with no sun anymore. maybe i will get my fill of sun soooon!!

everyone is now just getting up but i was up at 630 per my usual so i can 'wake up' before work. they just have to pretend i am not here until 8!

i need to get more coffee today!

tomorrow is my big appointment for the flat. i have been emailing other flats with no luck or response....so far!

one day i will have a home!

dreams and sun

i had a dream last night that sarah (henry's mom) was making all these crazy pizzas in the back yard of this giant farm. we were all eating with these high school kids. someone let all these frogs out into the barns and me and this man (who i didn't know) tried to not let the animals out but the goats and cows freaked and charged out of the barns and onto the land.

then this giant truck came with all these carnival type toys/rides and lights because it was apparently someone's party there.

i woke up at 3 AM and couldn't really sleep much after. all the sanitizer in the world isn't keeping me from getting this european cold.

today i go get my bank acct and register now that i have all the necessary paperwork.

there is still no sun. did i mention this?

i am sick of bread and jam and i got me some corn flakes for breakfast! whoop whoop!

this morning we have nothing with the kids so we will make them do these errands.

gernot has horse back riding this afternoon to see if that helps with his leg issue.

he has some crazy muscle problem in legs and the doctors at childrens in DC gave him botox as well as the doctors in zurich but now there are all these investigations as to the issues with doing this to children.

it's one thing to botox your face and another entirely to poison a child with it, no?

since he stopped that treatment he has not had a seizure and now is only on one medication which is good!

i long for an odwalla drink the green kind. tamara says they don't have them here. i will need to get a blender when i get a place to live so that i can make myself drinks.

one cannot subsist on bread and jam alone....or can they??

i am trying to decide if i want to get bit torrent on my computer. i will miss watching LOST and i miss the hulu and this hot spot shield makes everything very slow and it just doesn't work. maybe it would work enough to download a show but i am not very computer savvy so.....i guess i can wait until summer to watch the rest of LOST....so no spoilers god dammit!

two boys are crazy. two boys that only speak german, crazier still.

can safely say there is never a dull moment!
